"Compensate For Delay"service is a time-of-arrival assurance service provided by Jollychic.
If we fail to fulfill our goods arrival time commitment, the user can receive the corresponding amount of bonus compensation on the order details page after signing the order."
Rule description of "Compensate For Delay"
"1. Claim conditions
Users can check the estimated time of arrival at the bottom of the Logistics Tracking Page after shipment. If it exceeds the maximum estimated time of arrival,the logistics company has not yet conduct the first delivery. We need to compensate for it in bonus.
"Compensate For Delay"service excludes the following exceptional cases
I .The user's appointed delivery time is later than the maximum estimated time of arrival.
II .Before the longest estimated time of arrival displayed. Delivery timeout due to user reasons. For example：Address issues / Unable to contact customers / Mobile phone errors / Customers are not locally, etc.
III.Force majeure, such as warehouse fire, regional explosion of logistics, major international conferences, etc.
2. Amount for which loss settled
For example：Buyer A successfully paid an order on April 25, 2019 for $205 (including postage $10).The estimated time of arrival of our shipment is from May 1, 2009 to May 9, 2019. Under the condition that all claim conditions are met, the logistics company first deliver the package after May 9, 2019. The amount of the bonus that the buyer is compensated for is $20."

The system judges whether the first delivery time of the order has exceeded the maximum estimated time of arrival we promised——>The order details page displays the entrance of "Compensate For Delay" bonus and the amount of the bonus. ——>User signs for the order——>The user goes and gets the compensation bonus from the order details page（Valid for 15 days）.
